New Heights Becomes Part of the ICx™ Family

In September 2005 New Heights became part of ICx Technologies, Inc., significantly increasing the capabilities of their technology and operations. ICx provides advanced technologies for homeland security and force protection, with operations dating back to 1975. The ICx family of companies offers strong engineering support and innovative products for integration into the various New Heights platforms.

ICx Technologies sells advanced technologies used to protect people and facilities against physical threats. ICx products are deployed in nuclear power plants, military bases at home and abroad, commercial and military seaports, Navy vessels, the Pentagon, natural gas storage systems, pipelines, shopping malls and subways. Offerings also include leading-edge sensors that detect chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) materials. ICx manufactures security and surveillance radars, infrared cameras and products that illuminate or neutralize incoming threats. In addition, ICx sells systems and software that link, supervise and control these products.
